Dog-Trotters is a reliable and flexible dog-walking business based in Godalming, Surrey and the surrounding areas. We provide a friendly and loyal service, giving peace of mind and providing dog-owners with more time for work, household chores and childcare. Dogs are walked in small groups through local countryside, giving them both exercise and social stimulation. We pride ourselves on a personal service, working hard to fit around our clients schedules and their dogs needs.
Welcome
Home Visits
When puppies are too little to join the older dogs for full walks, we offer a pop-in service to let your puppies out in the garden, give them lunch and have a play – generally breaking the day up for them whilst you’re at work and providing them with company. As they get older we start taking them for short lead walks, gradually building up to the stage where they can come out with the other dogs. This service is also provided for elderly dogs, who are too arthritic or old for a full hour-long walk. We also offer cat feeding services, and any other small animal care you may require. Dog Walking
Every dog has their own character and personality, and we pride ourselves on our ability to treat each dog as an individual with their own needs. We always endeavour to walk dogs together who get on particularly well, and we time their walks to fit in with your schedule. Walks cost £15 per dog (discounts are available for multiple dogs from the same household) and last approximately one hour. We always walk through countryside, away from roads and livestock. Muddy paws are wiped down and water bowls are refilled upon our return. Safe, crated transport is always used. We’re fully insured and qualified.
House Sitting
As well as dog walking and animal care, we also provide a full house-sitting service. Rather than put your dogs into kennels, arranging cat feeders and plant waterers, why not have all your needs cared for in one fell swoop and have a Dog Trotter look after your home whilst you’re on holiday? We’re 100% reliable and trustworthy, ensuring the security of your house is not compromised and providing your pets and plants with care 24 hours a day.
